All our physios are musculoskeletal (MSK) specialists, but they all have something unique to offer. While we can’t always guarantee the same physio for every appointment, you will still be on the same recovery plan as our physios communicate your needs and goals with one another. Incorporating a variety of exercises and ideas from each physio can help keep your home exercise plan both interesting and engaging.

This includes post-operative recovery, convalescence, and nursing support. Through this partnership, we can refer patients who require additional support outside physiotherapy needs so they are able to maximise their recovery with a full healthcare team around them.
We also have a great working relationship with an amazing team of neurophysiotherapists who are highly experienced in the management of conditions such as stroke, multiple sclerosis and Parkinson’s disease. Their specialist expertise ensures that patients with more complex needs get the right care, at the right time, from people who truly understand the challenges involved.
Being part of a community of dedicated professionals across a variety of fields empowers us to provide the highest quality of care. Our involvement with Bluebird Care and Venelle Life, who provide exceptional in-home support and personalised care services, along with Eldering, which offers guidance and resources for families who are navigating care for aging parents, enables us to deliver a well-rounded form of rehabilitation. It’s the little bears!!
Teddy and Coco have been at Physit for ten and five years respectively, and at this stage, they are more than office dogs – they’re founding members with paw-stive tenure!! Due to their busy schedules, their visits can be rare, but when they do make an appearance, office morale is instantly boosted. You’ll often find them offering a supportive paw to the admin team, usually while “supervising” appointment bookings or keeping an eye on the weekly invoices!
