I arrived this morning (Thurs) to expect to jump straight into legs, but NO, Catherine takes me straight into the consultation room for a quick measurement of the abdominal region and a weigh in, and here’s the results:
2.6 lbs in weight down
1″ off waist
1.5″ off mid tummy
2″ off lower tummy
It’s amazing, and I really am feeling great results, not only in size and tone, but in energy. It is not a “walk in the park” during training, but it is quick and extremely intense. My back feels stronger (having been operated on 18months ago to have an intradural tumour at the level of L3 removed) and apart from just muscle soreness, I am injury free. Catherine and the team are absolute perfectionists when it comes to technique thus preventing injuries and maximising the best out of the muscle group you are working.
