Day 3: Training – Shoulders and Arms with Justina

Today, although still a little “jellish” in the arms, Justina took me through a very consistently strenuous programme of shoulder and arm weights + abs. We discussed the benefits of eating at the right times and I learned today that it is always best to sustain from eating up to an hour and a half after training as the growth hormone released is working at its maximum during this phase, and this is the hormone that helps you build muscle and burn fat. This team really listens and takes care of you……even what you do “out” of the gym.
